Maureen Simon - Team Lead

An American and Irish citizen, Maureen blends more than 25 years of experience in international business consulting and community development, including serving to mediate political conflict in Ireland and Eastern Europe.  The author of Awakening the Essential Feminine: Claiming Your Influential Power, Maureen is the founder of The Essential Feminine Company an online business skill development company that has worked with over 40,000 people across the globe.

Maureen’s work has been featured in numerous printed publications including London’s Vogue, Marie Claire, Self, Women & Home, Good Housekeeping, Bay Area Business Women, Marin Independent Journal, The Financial Times, and many others. She has appeared as a regular guest for the London Broadcasting Corporation, as well as numerous other radio engagements in both the U.S. and Europe.

Maureen served as a founding member of the Global Women’s Leadership Network at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business in Silicon Valley creating a process that brings hundreds of women together in dialogue. Cisco and other Silicon Valley corporations have brought the model into their companies to facilitate innovation. In her approach to leadership development, Maureen focuses on supporting individuals to grow in all areas of their life and to lead by empowering others.

She maintains active consulting businesses in Dublin, Ireland, London, England, and the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a graduate of The State University of New York with academic credentials in community development and public policy with a 25-year international business background.

Emily Lane

Emily Lane is a speaker, teacher and conscious entrepreneur, specialising in the optimisation of human potential through awareness, wisdom, self-relationship and intentional living skills.  Her background includes over 20 years business experience, during which time she has worked in high-impact leadership roles for global organisations including but not limited to, Ericsson Networks, Intercontinental Hotels (Bass Plc), the U.N. and the world's largest online personal development company, Trans4mind Training.

Over the last decade, Emily has run her own company, facilitating the conscious development of leaders, business professionals and those dedicated to their personal expansion. During this time she has run highly successful public programs and engaged with employees from various organisations including Google, IBM, Facebook, RTE, Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank and many more.

Emily has played M.C. for the world's largest mindfulness conference Wisdom 2.0 in 2016 and 2017, with over 4,000 global attendees from leading edge organisations including Twitter, Mailchimp, Air BnB, Google, the Huffington Post, New Resource Bank and many more.  In collaboration with Conscious Company Media and Thrive Consulting Group, Emily is the co-Founder of the inaugural, launching in January 2018.  This world first is an online gathering of global business leaders dedicated to making business more mindful, purpose-driven and environmentally sustainable.

Emily loves to laugh and never says no to a great adventure! She practices yoga and meditation regularly and is an avid fan of delicious nutrition, singing, film and having the craic! She is sometimes spotted sitting by the fire, telling inspiring stories and reminding the listener that magic still exists in this world. Michele Ryan

Michele Ryan is an executive coach, facilitator, HR consultant and thought-partner to leaders and leadership teams in the corporate, SME and social enterprise sectors. She also leads regular workshops in Mindful Relating and Intentional Presence.

Prior to this Michele had over 25 years’ experience in indigenous and global franchised organisations including 10 years’ executive leadership team experience with McDonald’s Corporation in Ireland and the U.K. where her role was H.R. Director. She has designed and delivered innovative, successful, and award winning programmes in HR strategy, employer branding, customer experience as well as large IT infrastructural programmes. She is the proud recipient of the McDonald’s President’s Award - an accolade given to the top 1% performers in McDonald’s and is a graduate of the McDonald’s Leadership Development Programme for top talent. Prior to McDonald’s she was Senior Manager, Strategic HR with EBS Building Society.

Michele has held Board positions with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Ronald McDonald House Charity, School for Social Entrepreneurs and she chaired the Board of the Luisne Foundation. She currently sits on several business advisory boards across a range of sectors.

She holds a Masters of Business Studies (UCD), a Diploma in Strategic HR (IMI), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), is a Master NLP Practitioner (Irish Institute of NLP), holds a Diploma in Mind Coaching (IIAMC), Certificate in Hypnotherapy and is a Reiki Teacher and Systemic Constellation Facilitator

Rosa Urtubi

Experienced in international and local business development and marketing, Rosa holds more than 25 years of top management experience in corporate positions in the pharmaceutical sector with responsibility for large marketing, sales and marketing serving as executive director on the board of directors of international companies. Rosa has been recognized for exceeding financial goals, excellence in team building, restructuring commercial teams, management of mergers, design and execution of new business models. A key to her success has been her advanced skills in team engagement which has yielded in explementary talent development and retention.

In 2013 she founded LET (Leadership & Transformation) a private consultancy for which she serves as principal. LET consultants are dedicated to conscious leadership development for executives as well as management and to the transformation of organizations and to the creation of new leadership cultures. In this capacity she advises and directs C-suit leadership development processes, business model innovation, creates women’s leadership development seminars and retreats. Clients include: Abbott, Abbvie, Auren, Bial, BMS, Biogen, Tecnalia, Spanish society of Neurology, Neo Surgery. Rosa is a business coach in the H2020 program method. And her specialties include conscious leadership, women & leadership, business model innovation.

Rosa is president of PWN Bilbao (Professional Women’s Network) an international non for-profit organization that seeks to create balanced leadership. Together with the board of PWN she has successfully launched the new Bilbao hub offering monthly events for training, inspiration, networking and mentoring, with the sponsorship of public and private organizations.
